Frost — Privacy Policy

The short version

Frost does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter (plunge volume, sanitizer choice, test readings, maintenance logs) stays on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. We do not collect your name, email, location, device identifiers, or usage data.

What we store on your device

The app saves your setup (plunge volume, tub type, sanitizer, preferred products, unit preference) and your maintenance logs (last water change and filter clean dates) locally on your device using standard iOS user defaults. This data:

• Stays on your device only
• Is not transmitted anywhere
• Is removed if you delete the app

What we share

Nothing. We have nothing to share because we collect nothing.

Third-party services

None. Frost does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, including analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or AI providers.

Network access

The app does not require an internet connection to function. It does not make network requests during normal use.

Children's privacy

Frost is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored off your device, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. To remove all locally stored app data, delete the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
